Original Artwork

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

1. Your order number

2. A description of the issue

3. Clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item

4. ​Photographs of the packaging (if applicable), including any visible damage to the outer box or wrapping.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
